Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CodeDrop ("the App"), a Canva app operated by CanvasKit Co. ("we", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

CodeDrop converts HTML and CSS code into editable Canva design elements. The App runs within the Canva editor and is subject to both these Terms and Canva's Terms of Use.

2. Eligibility

You must have a valid Canva account to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction).

3. Plans and Pricing

• Free Plan — 5 conversions per calendar month at no cost.
• Pro Plan — 50 conversions per calendar month with higher element limits, available via a paid subscription.

Prices are displayed at checkout and may change with reasonable notice. All amounts are in USD unless otherwise stated.

4. Payments and Billing

• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's Terms.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

5. Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with the App within 7 days of your first payment, contact us at support@canvaskit.co for a full refund. After this period, refunds are not available.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App to convert HTML that contains malicious code, malware, or content that violates any law.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or security measures.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App.
• Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the App.
• Resell access to the App or use it to provide a competing service.

7. Your Content

You retain all rights to the HTML and CSS you paste into the App. We do not store, log, or claim any ownership over your content. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and convert the content you provide.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, its code, design, and branding are owned by CanvasKit Co. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the right to use the App as described.

9. Availability and Support

We aim to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability. For support, contact support@canvaskit.co.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CanvasKit Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from Canva.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Auckland, New Zealand.
